    exercise: 1 just got this in walked 1 mile after putting the kid to bed. This challenge is really giving me the push I need in regards to exerise - I used to only do it when the mood stuck me.

    Food - 0 - But let me explain. I had dinner with a friend tonight and I knew I would go over points. Now normally, this would have sent me into "eat whatever I want" mode since I knew I would be over. But instead I was perfectly OP until dinner. So zero points for food, yet still a day I am proud of.
