Since March 2009, I have lost almost 60 pounds. Most of it was within 6-7 months. During that time, I began to eat healthy, exercise every day, etc. I got from 171 lbs. to 115 lbs. My height is 5'4" and I am female. My wish is to lose another 10 pounds and end up somewhere around 105 lbs.
My family, on the other hand, whom I currently live with (and yes I am an adult), would like to see me GAIN 10 pounds!
They keep giving me crap to eat, and they have even tried to bribe me (which hasn't worked). How can I get them to see that I am just fine the way I am? I don't need their unhealthy foods or bribery? I need to lose 10 pounds not GAIN them!!!

I take it you mean stuff like pizza, fast food burgers, etc. That's definitely not the way to go, no matter what! Hang in there, stay with healthy choices like lean protein, fresh foods when possible, complex carbs.
If you don't feel comfortable to do that, I completely understand. I just thought I'd make it a suggestion.
