Country French Chicken

  • I made this Chicken and it is very tasty....I do not know how to get the stats but here is the recipe:

    2 TBLSP. Olive Oil
    4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 cup water
    1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
    1/4 tsp dried dill weed
    1/2 cup FF Sour Cream

    Brown chicken in Olive Oil until almost cooked. Stir in water, vegi soup mix and dill. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 20 min. Remove chicken to serving platter. Remove skillet from heat. Stir in sour cream. Spoon sauce over chicken.
