I don't have my pointsfinder here at work with me and am wondering if someone can tell me the points for my "Power Whey" protein shake...

Calories: 134
Fat: 0.9
Fibre: Not listed so I'm assuming 0

Hi Stacy. I use a whey protein powder that has 79 calories a scoop, so if I use one scoop with 1 cup of 1% milk, I count it as 4 points. If I put fruit in it, I add the points accordingly. Hope this helps you out.
