Hello!
I found this site a couple of days ago and have been super impressed with everyone here and their attitude. I do love all those tickers...so want one!
My name is Teresa and I am 38 years old. I am married to a wonderful man who loves his junk food, which makes it difficult for me. I know how to loose weight but I have trouble keeping the course. I have graphs from 2004 where I loose the weight in the spring and pack it back on in the winter. Every year I seem to add an additional 5 pounds to my start weight.
So, this time I am looking forward to this wonderful forum to help me stay on track throughout the year. It also seems harder every year to start and stay on it.
My plans is to journal, eat healthy (done weight watchers, first place, and my own version my husband calls Chub Busters), exercise and 3fc.
So, let's go Chub Busters 2010!!!! I am looking forward to being lighter with you all!
