ditto on the running to rock. i listen to Hollywood Undead's song "Undead" EVERYTIME I run and it keeps me running at 6 mph!!! I LOVE THAT SONG
For cycling, I like "Life is Beautiful" by sixx:a.m. (VERY GOOD)
I actually went through my ipod while I was power walking after my run today and these are the one that keep me walking at 3.5 mph:
