Me: 191.5, down 1 pound from last week. The week before Chrismas, and still moving in the right direction. Looks like I won't have to worry about hitting the 200's for the holidays.

203.5 for me as of yesterday, 3.5 ponds down from last week but about the same as the week before- still haven't figured that out. I definately don't plan on gaining anything more during the holidays and I'm hoping to make it to wonderland by the 1st!

Yesterday I was 197, up 3 pounds from Monday, but I attribute that to time of day/ etc.

still 172.8 which I was 174 exactly a week ago. So I think that is pretty good. Come on 171 s!

193 pounds, or so says the scale.
Gained 2 pounds in the last 2 weeks. I'm hoping to reverse that by the new year.

Down a pound from last weeks weight. Honestly, I'm down 7 pounds. After my Saturday weigh in, I went to a birthday party and shot up to 181 and then when I went back on diet I gained two more pounds which placed me at 183 (and I was already plateauing) Thankfully I believe that plateau is broken. I did low carb Monday, Wednesday and Friday and ate only 6 cookies for breakfast (and fasted the rest of the day) Tuesday and Thursday.
