I just used this BMR Calculator.
http://health.drgily.com/basal-metab...calculator.php I put in that I am sedentary although I do workout every day. It says that my BMR is 1856 and my total energy requirements are 2042. What does these numbers mean? I have been averaging 1500-1800 calories. Do you think I am eating enough. I have lost 5.5 pounds in my first month checking in here. Of course I have had some higher calorie days, one of them being Thanksgiving. TIA
