I'm plateauing. BIG time. Two months and like 4 lbs of weight loss... So I'm here. I'm supporting. I'm sticking to my plan. I'm keeping my spirits up BUT if you don't see my ticker move? It's NOT because I'm gaining... it's because it's NOT FREAKING MOVING!
So there is my PSA for the day



I will file it in the back of my mind that it happens and it doesn't mean failure! It means it's just a hump you have to get over. It's your body resetting itself. And I will remember that YOU got over it and kept going!
