I am 35, have around 103 kg (206 pounds I guess) and I would like to become normal looking. You know - not like a model - just normal looking. When I walk around the town or enter the party that no one could tell - that, the big one - but - you know, normal one :-)
Maybe that sounds stupid but that is my goal and I think I would be really happy achieving it! I am not really sure how and I am not really sure when but I am quite sure I WILL do it.
So, if you would like to join and do it slow ...please hump in :-) I would be glad to have someone to talk to and to support each other :-)
Also, I do have a problems with self-image so I think that will be an issue that I will maybe address even more than food.
I am thinking that I should instead typing here go out tonight and walk around a block. Maybe not too long, but for 20 minutes. Would that be a progress? Because we will not loose weight by typing here Do I sound cruel?
