Hi Everyone*

  • Hello Everyone:

    I am new to this board. Have attended WW for a quite a while ,
    did loose 45 lbs.
    However it has been difficult for me to attend meetings. So I am trying to do this at home and
    hope I can do this. It took me a very long time to loose from 220 to my current 173lbs.
    I am looking forward to joining all of you who are doing the program at home.
    If anyone has any advice for me I would appreciate it so very much.
    I am trying to gear my program to a bit more lower sugar though.
    I am sugar sensitive.

  • I just started doing WW at home also. I have all my old stuff and I'm just journaling away. This is my 3rd day and I feel good about it right now.
