I was thinking about doing the WW points system. However, 40 bucks a month is certainly NOT in my budget. On top of that, I'm really introverted so I'd have a hard time forcing myself to drive 30 mins each way at 530 at night to get weighed in front of a room of strangers.
I know that there are ways online to figure out the points in foods but I don't know my daily points would be? Can anyone point me in the right direction?
