My reward for reaching this goal is to get my hair done - which will be on Saturday
I appreciate that the sore knees from jogging and carb crashing during Phase 1 of SB were worth it. Now the trick will be is to keep this in mind the next 100 times I feel exhausted and want to dive into the nearest loaf of bread
