I have been posting and lurking around for a little while now and I thought I would finally introduce myself..... I don't know why I didn't before.

I am Karyn and I am 33 years old. I am a Regional Account Manager for a large foodservice company. I am married to my highschool sweetie and I have a daughter who is 4. I have yo yo dieted since pregnancy and have been successful thus far with SB. Looking forward to getting to know all of you!!

Welcome to SB Karyn! SB really is a wonderful way of eating. Just wish I'd discovered it earlier. I think it's key to visit here often and get support and advice.

Ruthxxx It would be nice if we were, BUT I am in the Newmarket area. North of TO. You are around the Kingston area correct???

Welcome! I'm glad you're joining in. I restarted SB in May and I find it much easier with the friends I have met here. I guess if you've been reading our threads you know quite a bit about us by now. Join us on the daily and weekly threads. It will be great to get to know you better.
