Morning ladies!

What's going on this week? What have you got planned?

I'm a little annoyed with myself because I skipped my C25k AGAIN yesterday >:[ (I did do my 2.5 mile walk, but still) so now my days are mixed up again in my schedule. I should have done it earlier in the day, but my friends spent all day at my house and then I was up until 2am working on a paper and a virtual lab for class.

I am back on track for this week. I'm going to the Natural Foods Co-Op to stock up on healthy stuff. I didn't do horribly last week with the exercise; I managed to get 4 workouts in, but I'm still feeling a little sluggish and out of whack. My bf got me a shuffle for my birthday so I'm excited to start using that at the gym.

I'm also on track with my grad school applications. I've sent in 4 and have three left to do, one of which is ready to go except I have to photocopy my transcript and I'm waiting for some feedback on my essays. I won't be seeing my bf for 2 weeks (he's in Peru) so I can buckle down this weekend and next and get it done. My folks are paying for the apps I get in by the 15th of December, and they're $70-$100 a pop, so I have a lot of motivation to get them done

What do I have planned for this week? Using my NEW treadmill

Okay, so its not new, its used, off of craigslist for $100 - but!! Its electric, it has programming and it is a fast mofo. I used it this morning and let me tell you, not working out for a week + TOM + possibly not sleeping enough = kicking my butt.

I'm kind of excited though, because now I can put it in front of the tv and just walk if I want to watch a movie or something. Yay The cat is quite confused as to what it is, but she'll get used to it.

I also need to finish this stupid presentation...

I've been MIA..sorry, lol. Things got a little crazy last week with Thanksgiving. So glad its over, I'm sick of turkey..and we have a lot left still. I've just been feeding some to the cats, and now they're tired of it.

My 5th Anniversary is on friday!!!!!!!!!!! I'm very very excited!!! We're going to go to this really nice tattoo parlor tomorrow to make an appt. Hopefully we'll get them done friday or sat. I cant believe I've been married for 5 years. Time has flown by super fast!!!

Oooh, Forest, new iPod is cool I asked for a refurbished iPod touch for Christmas. I hope I get it, I'm really excited about it lol. I spent two hours yesterday searching for apps I'd want to put on it. I don't see my boyfriend for two weeks either. Good luck with those applications, you better get them in!

OH, I almost forgot! Ladies, my boyfriend called me thin this weekend. THIN. I couldn't believe it because he never notices my weight loss (besides the fact that he keeps commenting that my boobs are getting bigger - they're not, my waistline is just getting smaller lol) and he's the type of guy oblivious lol. It made me really happy that he finally noticed! Maybe after this month's progress picture I'll show him the progress I've made. So far I've only showed my two best friends and my mom and my aunt. And you guys of course hehehe

Platformine: OoO thats awesome that he called you thin!!! Guys are so weird..they hardly notice anything. Unless its a new video game or a football on tv, lol.

I'm getting 2 hearts on my chest (not boobs). A heart on each side..and I want it in white ink!!! I was thinking of using the heart from my wedding invitations. It looked really different and unique. Although, now that I'm looking at the invitation..I'm not too sure now, lol. I like the way the heart curls on the inside..but I dont really want everything else around it. The little mini heart on the inside is pretty too. I dunno..maybe I'll just say I want a unique heart, lol. Or maybe a sailor jerry type heart..

Shopaholic - Very pretty invitation! I like the little heart on the inside too Have you tried googling tattoo hearts? I have a tattoo I designed for myself but I don't know if I'll ever get it. It's hearts with celtic knots inside and they're positioned like clover leaves so it's a clover basically with hearts for leaves lol.

Ahh so glad to be back to normal... I will tell you that eating crappy doesnt really make you feel good lol...

Mary I think its Hilarious when someone calls me hot... bc to me hot isnt fat and I'm fat but thats another story... I was told if I think I'm hot I'm hot... sounds like an interesting concept

Five days off of work made me pretty lazy... I was up til 4:30 this morning... got up at 7 for work... needless to say I'm exhausted... but cute boys make you stay up on the phone... we talked for 4 and a half hours...is that too intense haha

I dont know how you chicks do it... I have a treadmill in my room and I NEVER use it..but it does make a nice purse rack... I like the elliptical sooo much more

Platformine: You should get that, it sounds very pretty. I googled hearts..they all look the same pretty much. I have 3 other heart tattoo (hearts are sorta my thing), and they all look the same. I want these ones to be different..

since we are talking about tattoos it reminded me that they opened a tattoo shop in my mall... its pretty crazy to have a tattoo shop in the mall lol

Annapolis Mall?? Because, we were at the mall the other day..and happened to see a tattoo shop there. Totally bizare!!

Haha, Haley, I'm trying to sell my elliptical right now so I have room for the treadmill. I just never quite got used to it.

So I just signed up for FitDay. I'm going to try calorie counting now instead of the points. I think I try to cheat so often with the fiber and everything, I'll see how this works, and if it doesn't, I can just go back to WW. I like how I can chart out how much I'm supposed to be losing per day.

Now if only I can figure out how to use it...

Stella - I've found SparkPeople to be the better calorie counter, but FitDay has a better reports system for measurements/weight/etc. So I use both.

I had this other calorie counter that worked great. It was like FitDay, only better. I have NO idea what it is now though. Sorry..lol.

Stella...how much are you selling your elliptical for?? I've been wanting to get one for the longest time!!!!!!!!!!!

I was going to ask between $150 and $100 for it. Its barely used, and I originally got it for $250, but that was 2 years ago. I'm going to take pictures of it tomorrow, and I can send you some if you want.
