Blue Team POP challenge Revisited: week 12

  • Hi Blue Team. It's week 12 and it's been exactly 10 weeks since our week 2 Pop Challenge.
    I thought it would be interesting to see how far we have come and see if we can beat our own record.
    Don't worry if you were unable to take part in the Pop challenge in week 2, new comers are welcome and encouraged to join in the Pop challenge! (see below)

    Rules of Smilie Point allocation. (every team- mate is responsible for allocating themselves the respective smilie point).

    Point smilie rules for returning Pop challengers:

    1. 1 smilie point for each challenge you complete.

    2. additional 2 smilie points if you beat your own previous record, (if you were unable to do a specific heat challenge in week 2, then 2 smilie points if you beat any team-mate's record)

    3. additional 3 smilie points if you beat the winner of the heat challenge (even if it's you!) (indicated by yellow highlight, for the push ups challenge- choose which push up style you can do safely).

    Point system rules for new comers

    Decided to keep this challenge OPEN. You can attempt and edit your score for any heat challenge as many times as you want before the end of the Fall Biggest loser Challenge.


    The winner of the Pop challenge based on the number of points will be announced at the end of the Biggest loser Fall Challenge.

    New record = 10 minutes and 28 seconds (ahhh my legs and foot were killing me!) (beat Dream710 previous record) (improved 159%)

    New record = 1 minute and 30 seconds (improved 150%) (also beat paisleyprincess previous record of 1 minute and 26 seconds) wow i didnt even keep in mind the previous record, i just really wanted to hit 1 minute and 30 seconds (beat my own record by 30 seconds)

    I think I will try this again but it may kill me, I haven't excerised in over a month because of this stupid cough thing. Oh well if it doesn't kill me I will at least be stronger
