

. I started out at 330 pounds and my exercise started as walking in place 5-15 minutes a day then I gradually built from there

I'm still hoping to win to lottery so I can put in an indoor heated pool hehehehe J/k ..... I do wish I had a pool though...that would be awesome! Gonna just stick with plain ol walking for now and then increase to weights while walking later! I used to walk 5 miles a day many years ago....I would love to do that again
