I can't speak to the listing being legit, but from an ABC affiliate, they are casting for a new show. Men need to be 200+ pounds to lose and women need to be 150+ pounds to lose. My guess is that there will be lots of casting agencies trying to find people to present.

Is it set already or maybe they are still casting?

I have no idea....all they said was "call back's were that night by 6" and I never got one.
