I hear about this all the time in regards to people who lose weight. Although they may be 10, 20, 100 pounds lighter, they still see the heavier person when they look in the mirror. I think that's what's going on with me. I haven't lost a whole bunch and have a bit to go yet, but I have lost a couple of clothing sizes and I'm convinced that I still see myself as how heavy I once was. Do any of you feel the same way? About how off do you think you view yourself?
Then I couldn't help but start thinking... Will this continue even once I reach my goal? Will I still think I could stand to lose a few pounds?
