Time to start to lose my dreaded winter weight gain after a great nine-day vacation along the California coast and Disneyland. I am going to start battling early this year, so as to hit my goal before softball season rolls around. So back to food journaling, easier on the donuts, and resuming workouts in full force. Got ten pounds to lose, and I am determined to do it slowly, but surely, by February.
Did I mention that I ate at In-N-Out eight times on our nine-day vacation. While I only gained a couple pounds, I definitely feel the resurgence of old bad habits. By the way, those huge slices of pizza came from Fat Slice in Berkeley off Telegraph Ave. So good, if you are into food porn.
