
As I was changing this afternoon to go for a walk in my local park, I noticed how much my boobs are sagging these days.
I'm 35 and know that it's part of the getting older and losing weight thing. But they are looking so deflated. I know that I cannot fill in what I lost with wieght training, but do you think that I could possibily lift them a bit with weight training? Plastic surgery is unfortunately not a future possibility due to finances.I'm single, what man would ever want me with saggy boobs?

and as I got a bonus last year I bought myself implants this past January. Love them. They are widely spaced in the center like my natural breasts were so I'm working on chest exercises to firm up the muscles and try to hold them a little higher and closer together, but still love them even widely spaced.
