at this stage in the game they are not 4 or 5 pound whooshes anymore... but day before yesterday I was 216.4. Yesterday was 215.8 (was STOKED to see 215!) and then this morning? 214. YES!

It's been a long lonely time without a whoosh. I'm so pleased to make it's acquaintance again!!!!!

Oh, I love whooshes, too! I've just had one, knocking off about three pounds over three days, and while I suspect it's over, since PMS water retention is about to hit, it's been a blast while its lasted.

Whooshes must be in the air! I weighed in under 250 today...granted it was 249.8...it has been a long time with the 5 as the 2nd number! And that 4 feels great!!

haha! i love that term! whooshes are the only way i lose weight. i'll be 3 weeks at the same weight and then, correlated withTOM, I drop 3-4 pounds overnight...

Congrats! I'm needing a whoosh soon. I can't seem to break that 250 barrier. Maybe by Monday's weigh in!

I'm hopefully due for a whoosh soon. Mine usually happen over a couple of days and might be 2-pounders if I'm lucky. I had one a few weeks ago and dipped briefly into the 180's (!!!!); now I'm bouncing around in the 190-191 territory again. Hopefully soon I'll get a little whoosh that will land me squarely in the 180's. I'd like to be firmly in the middle of that area by the end of the year.

I'm secretly hoping to whoosh my way into onederland by new years! It's sooooo not going to happen... but one can wish

Whooshes do indeed rock! I tend to lose it whooshes too, not losing for several days (or weeks!) and then losing 2-4 pounds over the course of a few days before shelving again for a period of time. It's exhilarating and infuriating at the same time

I love whooshes too! I had one last week-- I dropped a pound every day for four days in a row... then on day six, I went up FIVE...

Took me three days to get back down, but HERE I AM. I'm dying to get to 235, which is my next mini-goal, but I bet it'll take forever. My whooshes are few and far between.
