    23 November - fell a half cup short (1 point)
    24 November - Thanks to two bowls of asparagus-leek soup for dinner, I made it! (2 points)

  • My new habit is a 10 minute morning exercise which must include my 8# barbells.

    A real challenge for me because I usually and in the AM. Note: this is an new addition to my already existing exercise. A challenge for me to do something every day AT HOME

  • MY goals is veggies and a daily exercize - any form, at least 20 mins
  • My goal is at least 30 minutes daily exercise except Tuesday and Wednesday (I'm in school from 8am till 9pm), and Tuesday and Wednesday's goal is to actually eat 1200 calories (as opposed to realizing at the end of the day I've only eaten 400 because I was too busy). Not part of the challenge, but my weight goal is 189 (I'm 210 now).

  • My goal is to finish Phase 1 successfully, and stay OP even on Thanksgiving. My goal is to lose between 10 and 15 lbs by Christmas, and to eventually work my way up to 30 minutes of exercise a day.
