Hey guys! My name is Kelly, I have been trying to lose weight and get in shape the healthy way, by changing my overall lifestyle, eating healthy and exercising! I lost about 20-25 lbs and then got stuck yo-yoing about 5-10 lbs short of my goal! But I keep pressing on!
