  • I am a waste of human flesh....I did not eat breakfast and then I ended up starving this evening and I over did it with the food this evening.

    Another 3 pt day but just barely. I was chugging down my last 20oz of water at bedtime and I really overdid the snacking yesterday afternoon so in order to stay in my points I had to have cereal for dinner. Oops! I like cereal but usually not for dinner. I don't know if I"m going to get my exercise in on Day 4, it is swealtering out, even first thing this morning it was really hot. I might ride the bike inside today if it stays somewhat cool.

    I managed 1 point for food and 1 point for water. No exercise though

    I went to get online last night to update the totals and my DSL wasn't working so I didn't get to update. I will do my best to do it this evening!!
