It have been 1 year......

    Today is my 1 year weight lose anivesary . I star this journey at 172 pounds..
    today I am at 151 pound .
    It just 21 pounds but should I said that I found out pregnant last january. And I still coming here and do exsercise , drinking my water , and eating healty , i was 153 pounds and today I am 151 ... so 2 pound down from my pp weight .

    My baby is now 8 weeks old .... And I ready to star a new year .

    Holy cow, you can lose weight during pregnancy??? I'm naive, I never thought that could happen. Wow! Congrats to you!!
