I am wondering what I should add to my breakfast. I usually have 2 large soft or hard-boiled eggs, an apple and a tablespoon of peanut butter (to spread on the apple slices).
Calorie-wise it seems kind of skimpy to me. Is there anything else I could add to this to make it a breakfast that would keep me fuller for longer?
I am on 1500 calories a day. I am also looking for other breakfast ideas.
