Traveling all day Sunday and most of Monday wrecked havoc on me. I'm afraid to get on the wii balance board to weigh myself. I know I have a lot of water weight from the sodium content in the way restaurant food is prepared. Also, of course when you're out it's hard to make the healthiest choices. Rather than torture myself by weighing, I'm going to wait til next Saturday (when I do my weigh in every 2 weeks), and make sure I get enough water and fibre.
Any other suggestions would be must appreciated.
