Oh, I love this idea for a thread. The one I use most is "Just because I've made a bad choice doesn't make me a bad person." It keeps me on track when I'm feeling guilty over something I've eaten. I mean hey, we all mess up sometimes, right?
One I like is (phrased in varying different ways..but the jiss is) ...."You didn't gain the weight in a day, so you can't expect to lose it." When I start to get frustrated with the slow/stalled weight loss I remind myself of this and give hope. It took time to gain the weight, but with time, I'll be able to get it off too.
When I get tired of always being the "odd one out" with my food choices, I remind myself: If I eat like everyone else then I will look like everyone else!
So, I choose to live differently and be healthy.
When I go to special occasions involving food (celebratory dinners out, potlucks, parties), I remind myself that it's all about the people and relationships, NOT the food! If not eating a piece of birthday cake ruins the birthday party for me, then my priorities are in the wrong place!! I can eat what I choose, or eat nothing at all, and it does not detract one bit from the joy and meaning of the event itself.

I love that one too, kinda goes in line with one I use...
"Rome was not built in a day....and neither are six pack abs!"
