The weather is getting nicer here low 80's, so I can exercise outside now, so my challenge this week will be to walk at least 30 min outside plus 30 min inside of cardio/strength exercises.Calories at 1300 and a new habit of taking Calcium tabs Report in when you have completed your daily challenge.In honor of Echo,1 smilie for each target met.
