  • I stole MonteCristo' pop challenge The weather is getting nicer here low 80's, so I can exercise outside now, so my challenge this week will be to walk at least 30 min outside plus 30 min inside of cardio/strength exercises.Calories at 1300 and a new habit of taking Calcium tabs Report in when you have completed your daily challenge.In honor of Echo,

    Exercise - 60 minutes, 30 min walking outside, 30 min cardio strength inside
    Diet -1300 calories max
    Habit -600 calcium tabs

    Monday
    Exercise - 30 min walking, I didn't exercise inside, but I am cleaning the grout in the kitchen, trust me, that will count as exercise 2 hours and I am 1/2 done.
    Diet - 1249 calories
    Habit - 1 tab calcium 600mg

    Exercise-30 min walking, 30 min cardio
    Diet - 1315
    Habit -1 tab calcium 600mg

    Exercise - 60 minutes
    Diet - 1600 calories max
    Habit - drink 2 litres of water
    and increase fibre intake by 5g this week (from last week's diet) (include in daily food - romaine lettuce, brocoli, lentils, dates, almonds, raisens, fruit and fibre cereal, peas, sunflower seeds) (Each week increase the amount of fiber in your diet by about 5 grams a day for adults until you reach your individual intestines-friendly daily amount. This is usually somewhere between 25 and 35 grams a day for adults)

    Exercise - rest day. feeling tired.
    Diet - 1805 calories (went over calorie intake by 205 calories)
    Habit - drank 2 litres

    Tuesday
    Exercise- walked ~ 4 miles (~1 hour)
    Diet - 1815 calories
    Habit - only drank half a litre of water.


    Wednesday
    Exercise -none rest day felt tired
    Diet - 1237 calories (alot of high volume low calorie foods)
    Habit - only managed to drink 1 litre of water.

    Thursday
    Exercise - 1 hour and 25 minutes - jillian michaels. burned 703 calories
    Diet - ate 1567 calories
    Habit - drank 2 litres of water (fibre intake, ate 50g of chopped salad and 2 romaine lettuce leaves during dinner)


    Friday
    Exercise - Kenpo X - 46 mins
    Diet -2701- bad
    Habit - cant remember but i think i drank enough water.


    Saturday
    Exercise - C25k run - 30 minutes
    Diet - very bad! had friends over. estimate probably around 4175.
    Habit - didnt drink much water


    Sunday
    Exercise - LAST CHANCE WORKOUT!! total time = 122 minutes. total calories burned 1007 calories
    Diet -1662
    Habit- drank 1.8 litres

  • Good job girls!!! I didn't fill in the rest of mine because I couldn't log in and then I was gone all weekend. I didnt' make the exercise goals, but I was good on Food and Water, except for Friday when I made CC cookies and helped myself to like 6 of them. TOM made me do it I swear!!! lol
