    did exercise already today. food ready to take to work..I am ready to go.
  • Sue, way to go on getting the exercise in! I don't know how you guys do the early morning exercise... I just don't have the motivation! It took me until 9:00pm last night to get motivated enough to do it!!!

    I'm off to a good start so far today. I ate a good breakfast, and have already drank about 25 oz. of water (1/4 of the way there!).

    Here's to another healthy day!
  • girls - just an FYI that I made a "totals" tally thread, and "Stickied" it so its at the top of the boards.
  • I'll go ahead and tell ya right now I'm gonna have a zero day. Not feeling well but yet ate crappy, now my stomach is upset getting ready to go see the doctor about all my problems...LOL

    Let's just say, not a good day for Crystal today --

    Food - 0 points -- no excuse -- so I won't even go there.
    Water - 1 point -- 100 oz.
    Exercise - 1 point - walking and upper body strengthening

  • Food: 1 (27 WW points -I even got to eat a scoop of Baskin-Robbins chocolate chip cookie dough! )

    Water: 1 (my 96 oz. and then some)

    Exercise: 1 (upper body Firm tape...it's the first time I've used it and it kicked my arse!! )
  • I have been unable to post, but once I made the commitment, I stayed with it. 3 points for both days. I can't believe that I really managed to do the walking, but I got it in.

    This challenge has been so good for me!! I'm really sticking to my water goal, yesterday I even went over a bit.

    Exercise: 0 (unfortunately sweating my butt off in the humidity driving home does NOT count!)
    Water: 1 (120 oz! Yay!)

    Exercise: 1 point (22 minutes on the treadmill)

    I LOVE this challenge! It is really helping me hold myself accountable!
