The elliptical machines at my gym let you plug in your weight and age to determine target heart rates and calorie burn. They default to 150 lbs. The other night I FINALLY got to push the down arrow instead of the up arrow! Yay!

What does NSV mean!? This abb is floating around so much lately and I can't figure out what it stands for!

Wow, I don't think I'll ever be able to have that NSV since my goal weight is higher than that. But I imagine that it must have felt AWESOME!!! Congrats!

Congratulations! I got to do this about a month ago, and it felt fantastic! I remember the days when I rested my finger on the 'up' button for a few seconds in order to get to 186. It feels so nice to go down now!
