Valentines Day is exatly 14 weeks and 4 days from today...and I was thinking about maybe challenging myself to lose a certain amount of weight by then. I know there is already a New Years Challenge going on, but it's easier for me to work on longer term goals...PLUS, one of the big reasons I'm trying to lose weight is that I want to make my bf feel like he's got the most amazing gf in the world...I want him to be proud to be with me and to be attracted to me physically, not just mentally...and if I lost a significant amount of weight by Valentines Day I might be comfortable wearing a sexy dress and some heels and going out on a real date instead of just wearing sweats and going to a movie...
SO, since there's about 14 weeks until V-Day, I'd like to try and make it to 179 or below by then...which would be a loss of 26 or more pounds AND would put me SO CLOSE to goal!!!

Looking sexier on Valentine's Day would be awesome. I want to wear a really cute dress. I'm going to set my goal for 15 pounds. That should put me around 145, which is very close to my lowest adult weight(142). Yay!
