Meal Plan - November 6

    Breakfast - Oatmeal (2), Cupcake (3) (it was STARING AT ME I HAD TO EAT IT)

    Lunch - Hummus & Bread (4), Spinach/Artichoke Wrap Thing (10) (this is possibly overestimation, just to be safe)

    Dinner - Veggie Burger (3), Sandwich Thin (1), Hummus (1), Tabouli (0)

    We have a client visiting, and she gets to pick where we're having lunch. I hate that ish. So anyway, I don't have any snacks today, I'm just drinking a lot of tea, and I have 14 points to play with for lunch. I'll readjust after that.



    Exercise - Wii Fit - 30 minutes, ExerciseTV - 30 minutes
  • B: 1 cup honey nut cheerios + 1/2 cup skim milk; coffee + skim milk
    L: Chicken Curry in Tomato Sauce; Brown Rice; Cauliflower
    S: I'm hoping going to the movies so some popcorn :P (going to sneak in a measuring cup)
    D: 2 oz baked salmon, 1 cup of green beans + balsamic vinegar (1 tsp)

    Exercise: 30 min pilates, hulahoop (1hr), 70 min treadmill

    L - egg drop soup and kimchi (157)

    D - chicken pita wrap (600)

  • B - skim latte and half a bagel
    L - Training today so who knows. I'm with you stella, I hate not knowing!
    D - Pizza since I'm treating the guys who are installing our floors (family members)

    Exercise - nothing (rest day) unless I decide to go for a short run this afternoon.

    Gee this is not shaping up to be a good day, diet-wise!
