I weighed myself this morning and the needle hasn't budged one bit. My measurements haven't changed. I'm drinking way more water then I ever did in my life. I know I'm not supposed to go by calories also but even they have been within 600-800 a day. And my carbs are 20g or less. My fat grams are under 60
So how do I get back on ketosis while on the induction phase? Should I go off the diet (go back to Low Cal) for a week then come back? I never thought losing weight would be this hard.
