My second and related goal was to get below 200 lbs. For some reason, that number is a roadblock in my head...I just feel bad about being over 200 lbs. Anyway, as of this morning, I'm at 197.5 and continuing downward...YAY!!!!


I know what you mean about the 200 mark and I think it's not just a mini goal but a milestone.
