Hello all, have been doing some research on this and its definitely something I am considering.
Just wondering who has tried this and what was your outcome?
I have a family trip in April and my 20th class reunion in the summer, despite the fact I am just plain ol sick of feeling fat and unhealthy.

It's a plan where you vary your total calories day by day - some days up, some down. If you use the Google Search you will find info under the "Wendie Plan".
I have done this, on every third day I will increase my calories to maintenance by increasing carbs. It helps to boost metabolism
I did this when I was on WW and found its the only way for me to lose weight.
