Reunion surprise

  • I ernestly started WW in August - with only 2 months till my 20-year HS reunion, I had to do something. Someone suggested I completely gave up something. I decided to give up bread - anything made of bread, flour, etc. In 1 week, I lost almost 10 lbs. For every week after that, I lost b/t 4 and 4.5 lbs. My goal was to lost at least 20 lbs before my reunion or enough to get into some jeans. I passed up the 20 lbs around the 1st of Septmeberf!

I was on a roll and by October 10, I had lost 41 lbs!! Half of what I said I could lose when I first found out about my reuion in April. My first mini-goal was to lost 20 lbs - did that! Second mini-goal was to get into some jeans - did that!! I always rejoice when I get below a certain number. For the first time in 6 years, I am 3 lbs away from getting below another certain number. How great that day will be (hopefully next week) when the scales show I am below that number. My next mini-goal is to lose 50-55 by Christmas - and I know I can do it.!!!
  • Well done! Keep up the good work!

    Cheers,

    J
