  • My first time starting the thread

    B - Egg omelet + cheese + 3/4 grapefruit
    S - almonds + sf chocolate
    L - burger patties + salad
    S - orange
    D - Soup + hummus + veggies

    E - 90 min walk + 20 mins elliptical + 10 min stairmaster
  • B - plum (I wasn't hungry this morning because last night at 11 I gorged myself on pizza the BF brought home. ::facepalm: (30)
    L - Balsamic chicken salad (328)
    S - grapes (104)
    D - apple, pear, & cheddar salad w/ roast beef (534)
    S - pumpkin spice muffin & soy milk (195)
    TOTAL - 1,191

    Exercise: 50 min. on the elliptical

    S- Apple
    L- Lean Cuisine Cheese Ravioli
    D- Beef Roast mashed potatoes gravey and a vege
    S- Chai Tea
  • Today is a weird eating day. I'm just not that hungry.

    S - skim milk and sf cocoa

    L - Lemon yogurt with raspberries and strawberries

    D - shredded chicken tacos

    Exercise - Supposed to do 5 miles but it's blizzarding currently, so I'll do the Burn Intervals from my ChaLEAN Extreme DVD.
  • B - 1 cup Honey Nut Cereal, 1/2 cup Skim Milk
    L - 4 Tuna Rolls, 5 mini-California Rolls (no mayo), 4 mini-cucumber rolls
    D - Turkey Vegetable Chilli w/ Barley and Black Beans, 1 medium italian five bread toast, 1 stalks celery
    ~ Green Tea

    L: healthy choice (370), garlic toast (180)
    S: 1/2 cup grapes (30)
    D: grilled cheese and turkey sandwich (300), 1 cup tomato soup (180)

    = 1,285, might have 100 cal chocolate ice cream cup for dessert but going to keep the cals low cause i went a little over yesterday
