I was wondering if anybody has ever tried any diet pills that are OTC and if they had good results. I have thought numerous times about trying diet pills but never go through with it since I am scared about the side effects.
I have and honestly, I'm not sure that they did anything, but I am sure that they can keep me from sleeping well (not always, though), and frankly, I think with my family history, I can't afford to take something that might affect my health.
All you need is a good multi vitamin and your good to go Like Aurora said if there was a so called "magic pill" don't you think everyone would be thin?
I tried Acai Berry with a colon cleanse.. Total BS.. The colon cleasen killed my stomach... and the Acai berry plugged me up... The best diet pill is eating right and exercising.. Thats what I think...
Agreed - if I could get back all the money I spent on diet pills/supplements, I'd be a very happy woman! So far, the only thing that's really worked is diet and exercise, sad to say.
Nope. The only diet pills that "worked" are now illegal . . . think about it.
I suppose you could say Alli works, but by basically giving you the runs if you eat too much greasy/fattening foods. (please excuse my language)
The only way to have lasting results is by creating new, good habits that will last your lifetime.
