November Exercise Challenge!!! :)

    As many of don't particularly love to exercise, well i'm starting to like it a lot lol I though it might be helfpull to start a challenge where we can all work towards the same exercise goal!

    I'm proposing 1800 minutes of sweaty exercise in November!!! I'll take care of keeping track of who's moving what and we can all encourage each other to keep moving!!!

  • This is just what I need to get me motivated - count me IN! I was diagnosed with hashimoto's earlier this year and had very little energy the past few months. But I finally hopped off my "pity" wagon last week and started to get back in to my walking routine again. I'm already starting to feel better so hopefully this challenge will help keep me focused and motivated to keep movin!

    I'm totally excited! When I have someone to be accountable to or a challenge I really get my butt moving!
