As many of don't particularly love to exercise, well i'm starting to like it a lot lol I though it might be helfpull to start a challenge where we can all work towards the same exercise goal!
I'm proposing 1800 minutes of sweaty exercise in November!!! I'll take care of keeping track of who's moving what and we can all encourage each other to keep moving!!!

I was diagnosed with hashimoto's earlier this year and had very little energy the past few months. But I finally hopped off my "pity" wagon last week and started to get back in to my walking routine again. I'm already starting to feel better so hopefully this challenge will help keep me focused and motivated to keep movin!
I even got the girls in the office to start walking with me during the day. That should really help keep me motivated too!
