    d- venison loin, roast potatoes, sauteed snap peas (im not sure, I'm going to say 600 total) small portions

    ps the work holiday food has started, chocolate cake in the lunch room yesterday, mini pumpkin cheese cake bites today. lord help me.

    L - triscuit thin crisps, leftover bacon and spinach strata, plain yogurt with cranberry orange relish

    D - tostada with homemade refried beans, beef, salsa, and cheese

    I went apple picking today, I have about 8 pounds of apples to go through!

  • Smart ones santa fe rice & beans for breakfast (I work nights, don't wake up till 12pm!)
    2 sweet & salty peanut bars (snack, not both @ once)
    Strawberry slim fast for lunch
    3 light yogurts (again, not all @ once)
    Smart ones thai style chicken w/rice noodles for dinner
    2 light string cheese sticks for a late night snack

    Total: 1,250 calories
  • Breakfast - special k with nonfat yoghurt
    Snack - a dozen mixed nuts
    Lunch - Sandwich (2 slices wholegrain bread with cucumber, tomato, cheese, ham, beetroot and pickled onion and a dash of homemade chilli tomato relish)
    Snack - not sure, something small.
    Dinner - Spinach and ricotta pie
    Snack - 4 x arrowroot bikkies with a cup of tea!

    Exercise - 10km run.
