Hi everyone, I'm new here, just joined. My name is Ashley and I'm 22 years old. I've struggled with weight my entire life, but I'm to the point where I want to be healthier now. I'm currently seeking advice from my doctor about some of the newer/older dieting plans I've researched. In the last couple of months, I've dropped a few pounds, but I'm looking for a substantial loss.
I'll be starting college in January, and I wanted to get a head start on my dieting and get into a steady routine so that college doesn't tear that apart for me.
