) i plan to control my eating and fill any free time working out or educating myself on living a healthy life style. i have a problem where i mindlessly eat all day and i have been trying to be more mindful of what i put in my mouth and whether or not i am truly hungry. i am also allergic to exercise. but finally today i got fed up with this allergy and decided to squeeze into some workout clothes and do a little sweating. i am sick of saying to myself "if only i had stuck to my diet and kept working out i would be in shape by now." today is a new day.
