Hi Everyone....I started smashing 10/10 and to my surprise things have gone pretty well for me but I have one problem. Every now and then my breath gets stale. I bought some Extra sugar free gum and I've been eating 1-2 peppermints a day. Am I sabotaging my diet or is this okay? If not does anyone have any other solutions?
I chewed gum ALL throughout my weightloss..I don't think it really affected me at all. Sometimes I found that I was bored or felt like eating when I shouldn't have I popped a piece of gum in my mouth. I am not really sure about mints especially if they have calories....as long as you don't go crazy eating them i'm sure it's fine.
Thank you angela. I found chewing gum or popping a mint (no more than 2 a day) really helps curb my cravings. I'm glad to hear I'm not sabotaging myself.
