10-13 food intake log

  • B - Coffee (75), yogurt (90), weight watchers pizza thins (110 and SOOO good, someone brought them into share at work today)

    L - veggie lasagna (500)

    S - half a yogurt (45)

    Dinner - 2 peices toast (160), 2 eggs (160), butter (50), ketchup (10) (I need to go to the store and get veggies and fruit!)

    total - 1200

    ex - bike and weights
  • B- rice cake(50) with two cups of LF cottage cheese (160)

    S boiled egg(70)

    L 4 oz of broiled chicken breast (110) 3cups of brocolli (75) one laughing cow cheese (35)

    so far today but my cal goal is 1700 per day
  • B - Yogurt w/ granola (3); coffee w/ SF creamer & splenda (1)
    L - salad with deli meat & chickpeas (2); 2 tbsp honey mustard dressing (2); caramel rice cakes (1)
    S - apple (1) + PB (5 OUCH!)


    Dinner is up in the air. I think I need to stop by the grocery store on the way home from work. It will probably consist of chicken and some form of veggies.
  • B - homemade pumpkin bread (ack!), string cheese

    S - tea w/ 1% milk

    L - Mushroom and rice noodle soup

    S - Sunkist pistachios pack

    D- Salsa fresca chicken, roasted veggies

    Exercise - Run a few miles
  • B - free range eggs, lf gouda, orange slices

    S - water

    L - Black sesame chicken salad (green beans, tomatoes, lettuce), diet coke

    S - Almonds

    D - Zucchini lasagna (Ricotta, Mozzarella, Slices of Zucchini to replace noodles, lean meat sauce with mushrooms)

    E - 60 mins brisk walk + 30 mins strength
