Week 10/12/2009 to 10/18/2009

    Sorry about not posting yesterdaybut it was thanksgiving here in canada and I was quite busy )

    So I did cheat yesterday and sunday but its okay I still lost 4 pounds last week.

    Go ahead post your meal plans:

    breakfast: English muffin with low fat cream cheese
    Lunch: tuna salad
    Dinner: Lime pork with patatoes and veggies.
  • Sorry I haven't been here for awhile. I mostly use the Sonoma site since there isn't much activity here.

    I actually gave up last week on this section of the website.

    Ill go on the sonoma website too, probably more support and activity.
