Rules of the challenge. (stolen from me4life)
The first person dares anyone on the blue team to do something, (whether its an exercise challenge, like 10 push ups, or 10 crunches, or drink half a litre of water), and then whoever does the dare, then gets to put down another dare (for example 10 jumping jacks, or running on the spot for 3 minutes).

And in honour to me4life, I will start the dare with the first dare she wrote:
I dare you to do 10 push-ups (in whatever form, military style, against the wall, on your knees) and 10 crunches
(please note, you do not have to do all the previous dares, just the latest one, if you want to do ALL the dares up until right now, than you are a machine!! and kudos to you
