Hello everyone! I've really enjoyed reading all of the posts here and look forward to joining you all!
I started SB last Monday and things are going really well. I had some scale issues (Kept getting wonky readings so I bought a new one that put me 11lbs higher than my starting weight on the old one...sigh) so I'm not sure exactly where I started weight wise but I am noticing less bloat today! I'm loving how I feel so far-not as cloudy or sluggish-feeling positive!

Pixie! Paying attention to your body is the best way to know how you're doing. As one of our great mods has in her signature: "Remember: We use the scale because it's the most convenient, not the most accurate tool." SO true!
