One of my boys was drawing pictures of the family today and he drew a picture of my husband with a Starbucks coffee in one hand and a box of Timbits (donuts for you non-Canadians) in the other.

Then he drew a picture of me with my water bottle in one hand and my running shoes on. The caption read "Mom: Healthy Person"

I guarantee that picture of me would have looked very different a year ago.

It does not ANY better than THAT!!! Just thinking about the full effect of that image nearly brings me to tears.
